To begin with, he was our highly knowledgeable and competent real estate agent when we bought our house about seven years ago. Since then, he has managed our rent house in Converse, Texas.. We could not be happier with how he has taken on every responsibility, from arranging for repairs, to locating reliable renters, and providing prompt replies to questions we have had and in general relieving us from the slightest inconvenience pertaining to the property.
